I consider myself as a coach that brings presence, heart, insight, curiosity and humour to my work. I am able to relate to people from all walks of life and have the ability to help clients articulate what it is they are suffering and desire. I communicate models and ways of working in a practical and accessible way to enable clients to make the progress they want. I am able to gently hold the aspects of the self that might be emerging for the client and to hold these in awareness for the client until they are able to recognise and integrate them into their own awareness. I am a deep systems thinker and integrator which means I can hold and work with complexity in service of the clients goals. I believe depth and clarity of purpose is central to our ability to live an authentic life. I also believe that the root of our human suffering and the suffering of rest of the natural world is essentially due to our disconnection from the deeper mysteries of life and from the planet and web of life that gives us everything we need. My ideal clients who may have hit a crisis of meaning and come up against the limits of their current world view. I am passionate about helping people to ‘answer the call within’, the still small voice that is always speaking to us and letting us know how we can show up in life more authentically.
