We could see visible impact in monthly reviews and performance dashboards in 4 – 5 months from starting the initiative. There is no direct way to measure the effectiveness, but it is fair to say that alignment and motivation improved markedly. Leaders collectively embraced the new marching order, prioritized various initiatives in a collaborative manner across teams, delivered on difficult OKRs and revenue growth momentum. Customer pipeline and talent recruitment is healthier. This is having a direct business impact in reduced time to value and increased market share.

It was very interesting to see that all the necessary skills/strengths that are required to be a leader are already within me. Merely those mental blocks / tags / biases that I put on the leadership were blocking me to act like a true-natural-leader. My exec coach pushed me hard to speak, act and run like a leader.
