I am compassionate, caring and honest. My style has been described as open, curious, tenacious, sensitive and empathic, with a good measure of warmth and wisdom. I use my intuition to get to the truth, not being afraid to challenge and speak the unspoken. I work with current and future leader looking for meaning and personal growth and development. Client issues maybe varied, from wanting to feel more confident, or make better decisions, to having better relations at work, be a better leader/person or manage their work-life balance. To me, it all leads back to leadership, i.e. self-leadership ! So ideally someone with already some self-awareness or ability to reflect and a willingness to explore and better themselves. For me, my client work all centres around finding better balance: more confidence, ability to regulate difficult emotions, navigating change in career, life and organisational, finding and expressing one’s authentic voice through right relations. The defining theme for me is to develop the feminine principles of reflection, intuition, heart, self-love, and surrender to create more balanced and collaborative leadership.
