Peter qualified as a leadership coach in2016 and was accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in 2021.He completed the Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development with the CDI in 2023, and this year helped set up a careers mentoring program for the British Institute of Energy Economics. Before becoming a careers advisor and coach, he worked for more than 30 years as an energy journalist, analyst and consultant and still regularly provides training courses on the Energy Transition, mainly in the Middle East and Africa. He is on the steering committee of the AAP, which supports the use of psychosynthesis in coaching and education. Peter has authored several business and travel books, as well as writing more recently about green careers for magazines including Career Matters.
