What You Achieve

Discovery of the ‘Birth of Identity’ and the sense of belongingness

It includes a both personal and transpersonal dimensions of leadership development.
The fundamental work is achieved through modules on Subpersonalities of Change and Stability, Authority, and Influence.
The Module on Will introduces the leaders to types of Will, aspects of the Will and qualities of the Will. The focus of this module is to make leaders aware that they are the ‘Will’ and bring them into close experience of ‘Self’ as ‘Will’ and a willing being. As the program progresses into greater depth, we move the leaders into discovery of the ‘Birth of Identity’ and the need for belongingness. This polarity often generates friction and conflict inside the leader and interferes with conscious decision making and effective management of complex tasks in workplace. This leads to crisis in Leadership.
Emergence of the ‘Transpersonal Self’.

At this stage, the aim is to help leaders appreciate the duality of life and leadership, embrace the unknown, and begin to integrate and synthesize greater degrees of complexities to be able to problem-solve from a higher plane of existence. This ability of leaders to work with complexity, operate in chaos and unknown and integrate polarities within themselves and the workplace is the emergence of the ‘Transpersonal Self’.
