BANI names the future, and accepts chaos, makes its degree of impact known to the leader, on the leader, which, paradoxically moves the leader to act. And this time the act starts with a journey inward, through self-realisation.
Self realization is a transpersonal experience which allows leaders to a conscious awakening of themselves and the world around them. Leaders begin to learn the edges of their power and begin to embrace uncertainty and the duality of life principles. This is an enduring experience that moves a leader to pursue their ‘Call of Self’, and move towards Purpose, Meaning, and Value as a way of life.
